Crafted in Grade 5 titanium, the case with its curved and stretched lines is immediately recognizable by its distinctive “Made in Cvstos” design. The geometrical proportions and their stunning matt surface finish express a sensation of velocity. The screw-down crown and pushers protections combine to accentuate the contours of this model with that special dynamic twist that is displayed in all Cvstos timepieces. By integrating a three-dimensional vision during the entire creative process, the semiopenwork dial is made of horizontal blades that are carefully angled to replicate the slender lines of the front wing on a Formula 1. Vertically positioned at 6 o’clock, the in-line Day/Date indicator reveals the strength of an accomplished design that underpins its powerful personality. The open case back catches the eye and leads it to discover the CVS556 SPRT calibre, a self-winding mechanical movement featuring a power-reserve of 42 hours that beats to the rhythm of 28’800 vibrations per hour.
With a difference. CVSTOS celebrates the introduction of the Sprint Qualifying Race in Formula 1 by chronograph launching an innovative timepiece: The Challenge Chrono Sprint Limited Edition. A remarkable chronograph equipped with a world premiere oversized mono-counter capable of measuring the average speed of each driver at the end of the race. Covering 100km, the Sprint Qualifying Race will take around 25 to 30 minutes. The first three to pass the post will be awarded points and the Sprint qualification results will determine the starting grid for the Grand Prix.
