Montblanc’s 1858 The Unveiled Secret Minerva Monopusher Chronograph collection continues to grow with two new limited editions of eight pieces, which will be exclusively sold by Sincere Fine Watches. Available at SHH boutiques across the region, both editions are housed in 43mm, 18K Lime Gold cases and come fitted with matching Lime Gold fixed fluted bezels that were inspired by Minerva’s first fluted bezel from 1927. Featuring new, completely transparent dials that have been specially developed for these SHH Editions.

This is one of the first times in Minerva’s 165-year history that a timepiece features the movement on the dial, making it an object of desire for watch lovers who wish to admire the movement without altering their timepiece.
Turning a movement over sounds simple, but it is a technical feat as the direction of the hands also has to be reversed. The MB M16.29 calibre was one of the only movements in Montblanc’s archive of chronographs where this could be achieved. Reversing the direction of the dial hands required the addition of 21 components, making this more than an aesthetic feature, but a truly technical one too.
The first SHH Edition comes with a skeleton dial adorned with grey Arabic numerals, indexes, and hour and minute hands with white luminescence. The watch is fitted with a grey alligator leather strap with yellow stitching and also comes with a second strap in yellow alligator leather with grey stitching. The second variant features a skeleton dial with yellow Arabic numerals, indexes, and hour and minute hands that are enhanced with white luminescence. By default, the second edition watch is fitted with a yellow alligator leather strap with grey stitching, with a second strap in grey alligator leather and yellow stitching included. Both models include an 18K Lime Gold pin buckle and a caseback featuring an engraving of the historic Minerva Manufacture.
