ช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2565 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ห้องอาหาร ไฟน์ไดนิ่งระดับมิชลินสตาร์ Côte by Mauro Colagreco ภายในโรงแรมคาเพลลา กรุงเทพฯ ถูก เนรมิตเป็นสถานที่ต้อนรับ Christine Hutter ผู้ก่อตั้ง และซีอีโอแบรนด์นาฬิกาหรูสัญชาติเยอรมัน มอริตซ์ กรอสส์แมน (Moritz Grossmann) ซึ่งเดินทางมา เยือนเมืองไทยและร่วมรับประทานอาหารกลางวันกับ สื่อมวลชน พร้อมกับบอกเล่าเรื่องราวแห่งแรงบันดาลใจ ของแบรนด์ แบ่งปันความหลงใหลในศาสตร์ของการ ประดิษฐ์นาฬิกา และความท้าทายของการบริหาร แบรนด์นาฬิกาอิสระ ในโอกาสนี้เธอได้แนะนำนาฬิกา รุ่นเด่นอย่าง TEFNUT Sleeping Beauty, TEFNUT Twist และรุ่น UNIVERSALZEIT นาฬิกาจับเวลา สำหรับนักเดินทาง เป็นต้น ก่อนจะต่อด้วยการ รับ-ประทานอาหารค่ำกับแขกวีไอพีของแบรนด์ โดย เสิร์ฟอาหารฝรั่งเศสร่วมสมัยที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจาก สูตรอาหารดั้งเดิมของบริเวณชายฝั่งเฟรนช์และอิตาเลียน ริเวียร่า จากเมืองนีซไปถึงเมืองเจนัวของอิตาลี

August 2022, the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Côte by Mauro Colagreco at the Capella Bangkok Hotel was selected as a special place to welcome Christine Hutter, founder and CEO of the German luxury watch brand, Moritz Grossmann. She visited Thailand to host a press lunch and shared her inspiration, her passion in watchmaking, and her experience of managing independent watch brand. On this occasion, the iconic timepiece collections were unveiled, including the TEFNUT Sleeping Beauty, the TEFNUT Twist, and the UNIVERSALZEIT, a timekeeper for globetrotters, etc. Then, in the evening, she had a private dinner with VIP guests and enjoyed a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional recipes and culinary heritage of the French and Italian riviera, from Nice to Genoa.
