คุณตกลงชดใช้ในขอบเขตสูงสุดให้ บริษัท เพนดูลัม จำกัด เพื่อความรับผิด ต้นทุน ข้อเรียกร้อง มูลฟ้อง ค่าเสียหาย และค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ และทั้งหมด (รวมถึงค่าทนายความตามเหตุสมควร) ที่เกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องในทางใดกับการที่คุณฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดใด ๆ ในข้อตกลงนี้
8. การตัดข้อกำหนดบางส่วน
หากศาลไทยตัดสินว่าข้อกำหนดใด ๆ ในข้อตกลงนี้ไม่อาจบังคับได้หรือไม่สมบูรณ์ ความไม่อาจบังคับได้หรือความไม่สมบูรณ์นั้นจะไม่ทำให้ข้อตกลงนี้ไม่อาจบังคับได้หรือไม่สมบูรณ์ไปทั้งหมด และให้ตัดข้อกำหนดที่ไม่อาจบังคับได้หรือไม่สมบูรณ์นั้นออกไปโดยไม่กระทบต่อข้อกำหนดที่เหลือในข้อตกลงนี้ซึ่งจะยังคงมีผลบังคับโดยสมบูรณ์ต่อไป
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
บริษัท เพนดูลัม จำกัด ได้รับอนุญาตให้แก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้ได้ในเวลาใดก็ตามที่เห็นสมควร และโดยการใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ คุณได้รับการคาดหวังว่าคุณได้ตรวจสอบข้อตกลงเป็นประจำเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณเข้าใจข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดที่ใช้บังคับแก่การใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้
